Playboy Collectable Trading Cards (1992-1999)

PLAYBOY CENTREFOLD COLLECTORS CARDS

These were first published in 1993 by three different manufacturers. The December Edition was finally published in 1999, making this the largest collection of trading cards ever produced for one subject!!  There have been many other editions during and since this period, ie 'Wet And Wild' and the latest edition 'Club Lingerie', released in late 2003. The current manufacturer                          'Stellar Collectibles' is presently releasing three high quality new series a year on average.

 

Each month consists of 120 base cards,3 checklists and 6 preview cards for the next edition, building into into a wonderful collection showcasing every cover, playmate and celebrity from the first issue up to 1994. Also issued randomly in the packs of cards were 6 playmate of the year foil enhanced cards, three sets of 3 celebrity foil cards (total of 9 per monthly edition) and authentic autograph cards of playboy playmates.

 

If you would like to see scans of any special foil or 'chase cards', please contact us for images. We can send colour scans via email or post. If you have any questions regarding Playboy Cards, please do not hesitate to contact us!!

This edition was reprinted by Paradigm in 1998 for the Japanese market. The backs of cards have red numbering and the Paradigm trademark. All text is in english. A very hard to locate edition!!
